She not only delivers the word each Sunday during the hour of 'Higher Living,' but also facilitates the IGF Women of Virtue (W.O.V.) Department cultivating today's women and guiding them in their walk as they are revealed their true identity in God.

In addition, Pastor Portia leads our children's ministry,helps direct the course of the youth department, Youth on the Move 4 Christ, and actively serves the ministry's department of education.

Pastor Portia possesses an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She serves as the IGF K-12 Program Administrator for the IGF Homeschool Christian Academy. She possesses more than 17 years in personal and educational counseling as well as educational facilitation and administration.
